Recently I was approached to Oracle. I installed Oracle version 10.1.0.2.0 g on a Windows 2003 server SBS. Everything works fine. I have a small problem. At start server (controller domain), Oracle did not respond to requests, as if the services were not run. Question whether the state of services in the control panel everything is ok. If I go through web interface I get this message "The state database is not currently available. Is it possible that the state database is MOUNT or UNMOUNT". To get the resolution of the problem must rely on DCA, choose to configure options Db not configure anything, then everything works fine. Why?
Tank.
