Hi,

1.Server Parameter file is binary file for use to startup oracle database with parameters.

2.it is default parameter file which use by oracle database.

3.DO NOT EDIT directory SERVER parameter files

4.located in $ORACLE_HOME/database(windows)/dbs(*NIX)/spfile<SID>.ora

Please go through documentation for more details.
